Since the previous negative reviews, this shop has improved massively. They work hard to provide a good service. Due to my own lack of knowledge, I had some issues posting a large parcel, they helped me on the spot to correct my mistake and my parcel was delivered safely. This is now my go to post office. Very friendly staff, providing a swift and smooth service.

Just purchased this ice for 2.49 really expensive, wouldn't give me a proper receipt, the ice cream tasted funny looking at the label not an eu product, in short won't shopping here again

I've been using Poundfield post office for my Drop & Go parcels over the past few weeks whilst in Crowborough on lockdown. I have to say, I've never known such amazing service from a post office. Nothing is too much trouble for Kamal and his lovely family. I'm really going to miss them if/when things return to normal!

Kamal and family are delightful , superb service and always with a smile. They simply cannot do enough for you. I drive from another village to use this little post office rather than my own village post office. 10/10 Kamal keep up the great service, we would be lost without you .

The owner spends all his time in the phone and does not end his personal conversations to serve you.
