I placed an order and not only was it not delivered, but there was no call, no email, no notice—nothing. No postponement, no explanation. Just silence. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on timely deliveries. I expected better from a company of this size.

I placed an order on the17th March 2025. Despite numerous calls, to their customer service team we have not received the items, nor have we been provided with a revised delivery date. Furthermore, we have been informed that a refund cannot be processed because your customer service team is unable to reach the store.

Ordered a ton of aggregate for delivery, got given a morning time slot on Tuesday so arranged to have people to help unload. Order didn’t arrive during the slot, rang the call centre throughout the day who couldn’t give me any info on where it was or what was happening, despite my account saying it was “out for delivery”. Rang again the following morning, was told it will now be coming the following day Thursday. No courtesy call to let me know the order would be delayed, no explanation or apology, spent over an ho it throughout the day to their call centre. Absolute joke

I visited B&Q yesterday & had 1x item... 4x self check outs open & guy there "assisting them"... Cashier desk CLOSED?!.. I was unable 2pay CASH @ self check out anyway, WHY?... guy had 2call on radio some1 else 2 open cashier desk..
We waited 15minutes...nobody comes... He had 2 close Self check out & open Cashier desk 4us..
Which created complete mayhem as lady with 20x items before me already using check out realised that she want 2pay cash as well 🤣... 25minutes just try 2pay 4 1x item is complete Waste of my valuable time!

My order was never delivered. After 3 weeks of waiting with no response on any of my requests for delivery details I requested a refund. After another 3 weeks I am still awaiting refund! I am unable to contact the store (they don't pick up or respond) and other 'customer service' routes consistently state they can't do anything but not to worry because they have 'escalated' to the store. B&Q - please return my money!!

We have recently purchased a kitchen from B And Q at Dartford and was extremely impressed with the in house kitchen design team we had three face to face appointment two with George and the final appointment with harry we also had several conversations over the phone with Meg on all occasions the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble would definitely recommend the kitchen design team

I brought 7 packs of Johnson's tiles from here, after they was laid and grouted we noticed the grouting had stained the tiles beyond repair this is because of the factory finish on them was not correct/complete, staff at the store advised me that they can't just refund me as they have been laid and removed, I have to complete a complaint form online I was dreading it but I don't this and not even 24 hours later had the email saying they are happy to refund/replace them, back to b&q Dartford and all the staff was brilliant no drama what so ever picked a new tile and away we went, spoke to Millie and one of the staff running the self checkout (brilliant customer service from them)
