I went to this shop to buy my Eid dress. I liked three dresses, but I told them that I would check other shops because I wanted something unique and special. However, there was a lady who was literally forcing us to buy a dress. She was trying to convince us by saying, I am Bengali, and you are also Bengali; that’s why I came here to help you.I appreciated that, but I told her I wanted to see more shops. However, she was not allowing us to leave. I was really upset. She started asking about my budget and said she would give me a discount. I told her it wasn’t about the money; I just wanted to look for more dresses.
Then, do you know what she did? She said, Just give me one minute, I’ll be right back.When she returned, she brought a cheaper dress to buy.That was really insulting. I actually liked a dress that was £129, and maybe I would have bought it, but because of her pushy behavior, I decided not to.I will never go to this shop again, and I will tell everyone not to go there .

Be very wary of this store, every single staff will lure you in saying they’ll give you a staff discount. However they don’t give a percentage of what the discount is. They go to the “manager” and ask if they’re allowed to lower it to that specific price. They have prices listed with extortionate amounts £400+ then reduce it to £130 saying how you got a big discount, when these pieces do not cost this amount. When you’re just browsing or something interests you they’ll make sure you pay for it right away. They will not have you collect all the pieces and pay for it at once, they do it all with separate transactions. I was there for an hour and I left with 7 receipts, they do not let you know about their no refund policy found out from the receipt. Went a day later to exchange and the whole hospitality changed, staff refused to acknowledge myself and my sister making themselves look busy when in fact they’re too busy telling other customers that they’re giving them “staff discount” with the same hushed tones like they did to me the prior day. Be very mindful when entering this store since all they do is swindle everyone. They feel no remorse about the way they treat you and try to guilt trip you. They will leech onto you and make you spend 10x more than if you were to get the pieces in another store. They have two stores from the first one they’ll lead you to the other one and then all staff speaks with one another and bet on how much you will buy. I do not recommend this store at all!

It was a really a good experience shopping with style mantra . They supported me in sorting out the issue related to size of the dress I bought and also gave a 10% discount for next time to shop here.

I went there in October
For my reception party dress.
I like white dress I brought it and when I came to my home in the evening time and I shown to my in-laws they said the white is not suitable for our Indian rituals.
Then next morning I gone there they totally changed mean to say in behaviour.so rudley,they we don't exchange it or no any refunded.but after so many arguments they changed it.
Please don't go there.soo soo bad experience.if in there policy or any condition about non refundable or no any exchange for any item's they have to tell to the customers .
Even this dress packed in my cupboard like a rubbish.
I am really really upset.My thoughts like I waste £170.

My mum went to have a look inside the shop to see if she likes anything, staff convinced her to buy a dress and kept offering discounts, dress was £55, could buy 4 dresses better quality than that back home dress looks like it belongs in the back of my grandmas wardrobe from 2001 - extremely ugly. DID NOT INFORM US OF NO RETURN POLICY. In the evening we went for a refund they refused to give us one said it was against the "rules" then proceeded to offer us a further discount on dresses because we were Bengali and the owner wasn't there 😂😂😂😂. We then asked to look at the jewellery, the woman just takes us to a messy glass desk and stands there when i point out a necklace i liked on a mannequin she offered to pack the dusty dirty necklace up for us the she kept asking personal information although we didn't want to discuss this she kept repeating the questions, asking where we live, what school i go and what my dad does for work - I think i missed the part in the "rules" where you have to tell the staff what your dad does for work AND WHERE MY HOUSE IS to exchange a dress. RUDE much? I hope the owner sees this, i tried calling several times, PLEASE teach your staff boundaries.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Good selection of suits and sarees. This yellow suit cost me £35.
Plenty of discounted suits for £30-40.

If I could give it no stars then I would. I went yesterday to purchase two outfits and the one I chose had no price tag but every other single outfit in the shop had a price tag. They gave me a price from the top of their head and forced me to pay an amount which I did not agree. The woman decided to get the card reader ready even though I said no I will not pay such ridiculous amount. The service is very pushy and they force you to purchase items on a price that was never agreed on. They don’t care about customer service shopping experience as they think they can just talk however they want. Absolutely rubbish and will NOT be going back there again. Definitely avoid going in this shop if you don’t want to overpay for something that’s not worth it and especially when they price something different and cheaper online compared to in store. Desperate for a purchase tbh.
