Decent selection and easy to reach as it’s across the road from a major station. Good outdoor plants area, but the whole place is generally lacking in quality items, so it’s much for a quantity over quality.

Still, if you need something basic or paint that’s not of great quality then you’re more than likely to find something you need.

Feels well organised and staff were decent, but all quite young and security were in a tall perch as you come in which feels a little odd.

Went in couple times to the B @ Q in Tottenham retail park. As a woman I’m not too sure about the stuff I needed so I asked for help… met a man called Alan !!!! Extremely helpful.
He went out his way to bring the sand to my car and another work colleague helped me load up the car. Extremely grateful … happy it’s local

I managed to somehow kill plants that I had for years during a recent house move and I feel awful about it. Those plants were from no where else but this B&Q branch. So heading back here to replace them was a no-brainer for me.

I thought I'd ease a few plants and greenery into my new home to test their response to the place and not buy a whole set to have a massacre on my hands cause my place is cold; heating or no heating.

I saw these two gorgeous umbrella trees at £7 each and knew they had to come home with me.

B&Q can be hot with prices but you get quality.

I bought these two plants and a double sided tape to stick down a runner carpet then joined the B&Q club at the checkout to get a price drop on my purchases. 😆

Very rude and bad people they told me grey colour for the flooring but when I use it it’s completely different white colour They charge me £40 when I brought it back to get refund or change as they didn’t help me at all and I put it in the bin waist of money

Staff really helpful and honest. Had a really helpful straight talking woman in the paint mixing station and a very helpful patient man looking after the self service tills.

Terrible and exhausting customer experience.
Purchased a wet/dry hoover which arrived damaged cos its been used already. Tried to give it back, was told all kinds of shoddy stories by different people, finally someone took it in.
Travelled to two stores three times with a large box on a trolley using public Transport.
The only person who suffered in this transaction is the customer. This story is sooo long I won't bore you with it.
B&Q are sooo terrible I will not Shed a tear when administrators close the company.
Just super awful treatment.
