Im a wheelchair user and use this station a lot
I have to be assisted on and off the train with the ramp and the staff are amazing come rain or shine they are always there to meet me they make travelling a pleasure thank you all so much xx

Experienced a very bad customer service from the ticket officer ‘Joe’. I asked him to renew my weekly pass for 2-5 very clearly but he topped up my Oyster card for £35 and argued as I didn’t advice home to do so.
