A great shop and great staff.
Last week, the manager there, whose name escapes me...Sorry. Took the time, in his lunchbreak, to assemble a garden bench that I had purchased. He didn't have to do that, but he did, that shows real high level customer service.
Thank you, Sir, you run a great store

It's the best shop in the high street, in fact it's the best shop with the best manager/staff: Period.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at this branch of Robert Dyas today - 8 Oct 2021.
The store was clean, well lit and al items were neatly presented in their respective sections.
We had and query,
The cashier carefully listened then called an agent to attend to our query and went on to serve another customer..
The Agent, Julie, was very helpful. She quickly located the item required and discussed it with us.
Instead of purchasing one, we went on to buy two.
We were very pleased with Julie's sunny disposition, her attention and her care and customer service.

The store is an Aladdins' cave. I dropped a star for a purchase I found was a return from another customer, it had been used and returned and put back for sale, not a good policy, I informed them and the item was exchanged, the staff were great, informative, easy to talk to, professional. Considering my issue I certainly would recommend Robert Days.

I always have very pleasant experience, every time I visit Robert Dyas Loughton. The staff are really helpful and pleasant, the shop is really clean and well stocked all the time. Today I got served by Thiva and Hayley. What a TEAM!!!!! Five STARS all the way!

Ordered an air fryer online and it turned up not only used, but absolutely filthy. Do not order anything online from this place. Go in and inspect it so you can actually be sure you’re getting what you paid for.
