Always excellent customer service with these guys. They dont just watch you stand there struggling they proactively ask you if you need help.

Sold expired silicone and not refunded the ones that i have used already. The client noticed that mastic is yellowish and not white, so stoped and checked the date and guess what 12 months out of date. How are they even allowed to sell this... will not not use toolstation anymore as dont have time to check 20 tubes of mastic every time for dates... Apprantley it's my own fault for not checking the date. Hence they are not going to refund the opened ones.

Emil is great in providing excellent customer service.
He went the extra mile to make sure my job can be done by suggesting alternative product when the item was out of stock.
I liked his approach of not to loose the customer by ensuring alternative ranges are promoted when items are out of stock.

He really helped me to not let my customer down.
