Went to buy a boiler part today, but when I showed the staff a picture he said I don't need it and explained what I needed to do to get my mums boiler pressure up and working again.

Manny is truly the MAN. Great interpersonal and social skills. He went waaaay above and beyond to ensure I was a totally satisfied customer. Never met him before, and as I entered the store and walked towards him, he greeted me with a warm welcoming “Hey Bigman” and that made me smile immediately. Some people just have it like that and Manny will continue to succeed in life with such a positive attitude and mindset. Can’t believe the interaction was so genuine that I ended up wishing his mom a happy birthday live on his phone, lovely spontaneous moment, such was Manny’s warmth, sharing and engaging personality. An honour to have met you Manny.

Great friendly local store that provides all your building and construction needs. It is close to Leyton underground station and on the W15 bus route. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive with local stores and online. They provide delivery and other services for trade and skilled people. They have been going for a long time for good reason and are central to East London.

Placed an order with them & was very friendly up until the point a mistake was made by them with my order. Called up the Leyton branch and the friendly customer service soon went out of the window spoke to an Ian who was extremely rude and didn't want to assist in correcting the mistake he also put th phone down on me when I called up again he said it had nothing to do with him and to call head office in Walthamstow or call back on Monday to speak to a manager (extremely unprofessional) I am now extremely unhappy with the service and regret placing an order with them through a recommendation
