I am not happy with Fastlane I have been a loyal customer for years I’ve took all my cars here as I trusted there work but the last time I went I have now decided to never return there! Looking at the pictures the welds are terrible!

As I already had a 3inch exhaust on there car they mentioned that would put a 2.5 inch and cut it out to make it 3inch but they did not do this instead they just welded a 3 inch pipe over the 2.5 inch hole!! Not happy!

They also put a dent in one of the exhaust pipe as you can see in the pictures and to top it off the resonators both look they have been on the car for years but was only on 3 weeks!

Looking at the res they should not be bumpy in side this seems like a cheap res they have used

I would also like to mention the reason why I have found all of this mess it because the exhaust sounded like there was a hole on it so I went to inspect to then find off of

Fastlane you have now lost a loyal customer due to terrible work and I have now lost £380 for crap work to be done!!

Called up today to enquire about a spoiler fitting on a X5 and Ash on the phone was very professional and helpful.

He had the item in stock and was willing to fit on same day which was great.

I arrived there on time, there is customer parking available at the front.

Customer service from all staff was very friendly & professional.

The whole process was explained and shown to me on my car which was very good.

First time trying these guys and I was very happy with the whole process, will definitely be back again and highly recommend them for any car needs. They literally do everything.

After a bad experience at MStyle - I approached Fast Lane Styling for custom exhaust work. Very happy with the customer service and work carried out (and no brackets needed!?! - move on this below) My 520d doesn't sound like what you'd expect.

Long story short - MStyle said I would need brackets for them to customise the exhaust that I wanted which they didn't have in stock.. even though I told them what my car was and what I wanted. I traveled from Northampton! - They said I would need to pay £177 for the brackets which would need to be ordered. Basically the moral of this story is if you need any custom exhaust work, go to Fast Lane Styling!

I called ahead to book an appointment and clearly explained that I had no prior knowledge of exhaust systems. I was assured that on the day, the staff would walk me through the available options and I’d be shown each one to decide what suited me best. I was also told that if nothing worked for me, there would only be a £40 fee to revert everything back to stock.

However, on the day of my appointment, I waited over four hours before my vehicle was even looked at. I wasn’t shown any options as promised—instead, a valve was fitted without my input, and I was handed an invoice and asked to pay before I even saw the results, as they were closing for the day.

The workshop was clearly overbooked, and the staff were rushing through jobs with little to no customer service. Several other customers in the waiting area seemed just as frustrated. When I asked about the other options I was promised, I was simply told, “We don’t have time for that. Make another appointment.”

Extremely disappointing experience that fell far below the expectations set at booking. Would not recommend based on this level of service.

Had my BMW 1 series in for a Back Box delete and Carbon M sport Tips, absolutely brilliant service from enquiry through to final install, great price too and every step is details so no nasty surprise price at the end, I’m very happy with the work carried out and my car sounds so much better now! Respect to Ash and the team at FL!!

Had a valvetronic exhaust system fitted at Fast Lane Styling and they did an absolutely brilliant job! The quality of the work is top-notch, and the sound is exactly what I was looking for. The team really knows what they’re doing.

Only downside was how busy they were – the job took around 3 to 3.5 hours – but honestly, it was worth the wait. My car is already turning heads and getting compliments everywhere I go.

Definitely coming back for more work in the future. Highly recommend!

At first when I found Fast Lane styling, because I was getting alot of work done and I was very cautious which company I use as it was so important to me. I went deep into reading ALL of the reviews written by people and even though 95% of them for Fast Lane styling were very positive yoy always get scared when u read the couple negative ones even if they arr not true or circumstantial, BUT I hope my review puts the people's mind that are like me at ease. The owner Habib reassured me and made me feel very comfortable and the work they did was absolutely great and I would definitely recommend them to people. They took great care and did an outstanding job on my car. They were responsive and they paid attention to all of the details. The put body kit, wrapped my car, chrome deleted, put additional spoiler bits, made my badges black and painted my callipers red.

I just had my exhaust repaired and the service and price was excellent and my car sounds so much better now. If you need anything done I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return soon as I need some light tinting done. You
