Its nice store but recently I have been finding that they run out of stock every time I visit. Like in the morning around 8 am & 6 pm the fresh fruit isle is not stocked and most of the daily fruits shelves are empty.

Absolutely BUZZING everytime my mother in law and husband decide to come here. Picturesque, scenic, beautifully decorated /designed area. In love with this place-my childhood.
Great parking, great quality supplies and amazing prices. Only problem is the closing time, 8pm, a bit early... But I guess the great employees need a great good night's sleep! Love you sainburys! Love from Melissa from Mourlberne 🙂

This is my local branch and I do my main shopping here the staff are all 10/10
Nice polite friendly and very helpful
Im a wheelchair user so often need help to get items that are to high for me to reach
The store is well kept ,clean and very easy to get around in the wheelchair

😂 Last week Friday, it started with a stressful morning .
I had no idea Tesco Express was closed!!!!!!! 😱😱😲 I was going to get lunch there, but luckily, Sainsbury's is still open. I didn't get what I wanted, but at least I got a brekkie and lunch...
I spoke to one of the staff members and she was lovely and funny!

I ORDERED MY UBER GROCERIES AT 1.50pm it’s currently 3.03 and my items are still not here! This is horrendous. We order on uber for the urgency otherwise who would want to pay extra

Im in love with this store ..messive parking nice staff bakery section incredible only problem is timing ..it should be open till 10 pm.It gas easy bus access easy by vehicles then why closes 8pm

Cash machine not working. In Chadwell Heath high street there’s a very limited number of places you can get cash out. So this is a very much needed service.

Great selection of quality products. Not given full stars because the staff were a-bit annoying. Went there 7pm to shop and asked if I could get a cashier to scan all my alcohol bottles and other security protected items I wished to purchase in a hurry. The staff said none were available so I had to scan everything myself which was not a problem. The problem was that the the two ladies working were awful with taking the security tags off. One walked off halfway to help another customer and I still had 5 more security tags then another staff came to help me and had to check the whole receipt all over again to confirm I was Infact not stealing any bottles. She took an uncomfortable while to remove all the security tags off. Sainsbury’s Romford I would recommend you hire more staff or at least have some assisted checkouts for those who don’t wish to spend an extra 20 minutes on self checkout shopping along with the staff who don’t meet basic customer service needs.
