Visited this store a few weeks ago with my family. I would give a zero rating if I could.

We were made to feel like petty thieves as we were watched by an old aged staff member who had the people skills of a dead skunk!

She was vile and followed us around the store relentlessly. I have never witnessed this before in any retail outfit.

We paid for our shopping and left promptly. To be fair I don't know why I even bothered to purchase the stuff; should have left it on the side and walked out. Even my teenagers realised what poor customer service is about!

Avoid this store at all costs as your custom is not well received!

Went in today. Considering short staffed due to an illness the level of service I found no fault. The lady who served me (Not a youngster) was bubbly, chatty and very friendly. And to top it all off I walked out with a great deal..... two pizzas and four bud beers for a fiver....Result! 🙂

Just not good service at this store, i felt like i was intruding more than feeling like a customer. The man who served me with no name badge could barely muster a smile and i was told to that there was a bell to ring for service. If that's the case next time i will make sure i have some peanuts ready to feed him when he answers to the bell rather than a polite "are you the sever?" i will venture further down to Nisa next time, at least there they give you some kind of customer service!
I've just noticed that you can't post with out giving a rating, well my one star is for the store being open! - people just simply avoid this store!

I thought that I would give this new store a try, and how disgusted I was to say the least with their lack of service. I went in the morning just before noon, and three young adults were working, one appeared to be the shift supervisor, who literally barged past me to talk to her male collegue with no smile or welcome for a customer, more interested in the telling off that she had been given. Another girl stood behind the counter, more interested in what was being said between her collegues, than a person stood there for over a minute waiting to get served. Once more no smile, and no welcome, hardly saying anything during the transaction, still more interested in the conversation. Once the transaction had been complete, not even a thank you. Very poor staff members, and because of this, I shall never be setting foot in the store again. A total shambles.

If I could give a particular shop worker (Wendy) no stars that would be great. Never have I ever come across someone so rude and obnoxious. Not just once but on multiple occasions.

Love this shop! Great little convenience store. Well signposted and easy to "read" store layout. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Very good convenience store with most items you would find in a super market, open every day until 10pm. Off road parking available.
