We have been using North West for over a year now and find their service to be very fast and reliable. If i need a part or load to be somewhere at a certain time even if thats right away, they get it done for me. I would highly recommend this company if you want a good, quick, reliable service I would definitely get your account set up and start running your jobs through them.

I would recommend this Courier company to anyone.Very reliable, always on time and very competitive prices. There has never been any problems at all.
Everything you ask for, you get.We have been using NWE for a few years now and cannot ask for anymore from them.
Customer service is second to none, but most importantly for me it's, reliability, not just for our company, but our customers.
I only gave 5 star rating because I couldn't give 10.

If you are in business and are looking for any sort of delivery service I would look elsewhere. Mistakes happen, I get that, but you should be able to expect the situation to be put right and not at your expense. If you use NW Express however don't expect this to be the case, expect to be let down, have your reputation damaged and when it comes to querying an invoice feel the heavy hand of a factoring company come down on you.

If you don't know what a factoring company is, it's when a the company you are dealing with sells off the value of it's invoices to another firm on a daily basis. This was they get to alleviate cash flow issues by claiming say 85% of the invoice value from the factoring company straight away, you the customer then pay the factoring company. Secondly the company that has factored it invoices can rely on doing a shoddy job because they know they have the legal muscle of a big organisation, who don't care about the background to chase the invoice.

Truly the mark of a fly by night company who are unable to make an honest buck.

So in summary expect them to get it wrong, wash their hands of the matter and to force you to pay the invoice anyway via their bank.

Never in nearly 40 years of business have I felt the need to write a review like this or dispute an invoice for that matter.

Communication great - notified when driver is on-route, at collection, loading etc.

Fantastic and friendly service and so efficient. When the weather was too bad to make the pick up they rearranged everything for the previous day with no hassle at all.
