A very personable ,efficient company!! I'm very impressed with the personal interest and attentiveness of all those I have dealt with. 😀 I'm new to this whole area of catheters etc , with my dad having just been catheterized..but Nightingales have really helped to make the 'journey' an easier one !! I rang to place an order by phone as I am new to this and my husband just discharged from hospital needed items. I spoke with a nice young gentleman named Kai who was most helpful throughout the phone call. Thank you Kai, we need more people like yourself when dealing with the public and if there were it would make life a lot easier

If I could give a minus rating I absolutely would. If you can avoid this shambles of a company please do. Telephone training is an absolute must. They do not put patients first. I am new to this catheter experience having being fitted with one as an emergency a few weeks ago with a lot of health problems and being bedridden with lots of investigations hanging over me.
It's a terrifying experience and my independence has been unceremoniously removed from me. I called Nightingales and spoke with a lovely lady called Jan when I had a few night bags remaining. She said no problem we will get this sorted and we would never let you run out no matter what. I then chased this up on the day I was due to run out and this conversation was denied. The second call with me the person did not care at all that I had no night bags left. I ended up having to pee into a bucket - how lovely! Despite previously being assured by the lady two days before (Jan) telling me absolutely this would not happen. This lady told me I could drive down to Bridgwater to collect some bags. I was bedridden with health issues and unable to drive - thanks for that and then telling me I would not have had this conversation with Jan basically indirectly accusing me of lying. No human empathy whatsoever and no helping me. I relayed this conversation to my GP who said this should never have happened. Disgusting! AVOID AVOID AVOID if you can.
