I am so fed up with DPD drivers using my driveway as a turning circle. So ignorant to think you can just drive on to someone's property because you can't be bothered (or maybe your driving skills aren't up to it) to reverse down the road you came up. When you challenge them they are either rude or feign ignorance..... even though at the entrance to my property the large sign say PRIVATE - NO TURNING. As for reporting them yeah... who can get through to DPD. Never using them.

Worst company you can use . Drivers that leaving your boxes, never come back. No any help from the company. The help Center was closing my enquiry. And the play football with the boxes and never give your money

How can I contact dpd about a lost delivery. I have phoned, but my calla are always cut off. I can't find an email address. Their customer service is diabolical.

Please don't use this company, they have nothing to do with the real dpd. They don't even give their cs working phones, the lady I spoke to sounded like she was in a wind tunnel with everybody in her office shouting because their phones were obviously as useless as hers.

NIGHTMARE FInd a different courier. Lost a parcel of mine and can't admit it. And getting hold of them to speak to is like getting hold a chocolate fireguard

Live chad does not work, I have left a note to deliver to my neighbour but they haven’t even tried , took it back with them saying no one was home

Number just rings and rings. Almost 2 hours and no answer . Parcel was given an hour time slot to be collected. 5 hours later and after waiting in for the day it's still sat inside by the front door. Online chat doesn't work either so no help!!
