“Attempted delivery”? No you didn’t - I booked the day off work, stared out of the window, and watched the tracking app as the courier came nowhere near my house. Now I have to book another day off work to take delivery of something for which delivery today was critical (hence why I spent silly money for next day delivery). Second terrible experience with this company. Avoid at all costs

If you see any purchase delivery with parcelforce, avoid it. You have to give them good chase to get delivered.. even with chase you can't get it. Parcelforce got my parcel 3rd of April. I called them 9th April. They said there is no action on the parcel..

Sat all day waiting for delivery, no knock at the door, no delivery attempt on cctv.. message to say I've missed the parcel avoid using this service if you can everyone. Especially if you run a business and want to provide good customer service

Can't rate lower than 1 smashed a 100 year old antique to pieces, didn't reach my customer, they sent it back to a neighbour 20 doors away. Customer service will just send you to the website, the same with the complaints department, they'll tell you to put in a claim, really, really disappointed

Parcel supposed to have been delivered. I have video bell, no one came to the door that day, no card left, no sms which they said they sent. Had terrible problem trying to speak to a person. Parcel left at post office. I have mobility issues so cannot collect. Abysmal service.

My family sent me a parcel from France, I got charged for 14 pounds as a handling fee. This is ridiculous if someone is sending a parcel by courier and paying everything upfront, The receiving country shouldn't be able to add feed on it. How this is even legal.

I sent a parcel to Brazil that cost me £91 on December 11, 2024 and until today, January 16th, the parcel hasn't left the UK and nobody at Parcelforce seems to know what happened to my parcel. Sent it via Acocks Green Post office, in Birmingham. Called them several times, emailed the customer service - they promise they will investigate and just ignore you. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional service, I will take further actions very soon.
