I ordered diesel induction kit as advertised on the website, after a few days, enquired about the delivery time as this was not stated only to be told the part i ordered was for a petrol engine which was clearly not the case. I dont mind if it was out of stock but i dont like being mugged off with an answer that is wrong and just lazy

Vehicle was supposed to be delivered over 7 days ago and only when I called to see where the vehicle was did Pro Driver admit they had it in their compound as they were struggling to get it delivered to me. When I asked why no one had notified me of the delay I was passed to the manager who had a cant be bothered attitude but he did point out to me several times that they managed to collect it on time. Thanks Pro Driver for the amazing customer service!!!!! I will definitely find another company for all future vehicle movements

One of your drivers, Erfan, went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Apart from delivering the courtesy car on time later week, he offered real help & advice when the hire car company failed me and it was not ProDriver's problem. A credit to ProDriver with respect to professionalism with heart. Thank you.
