Fantastic experience with Combined Shipping throughout - from meeting us on a Sunday to look at a hot tub and chat about what we want through to delivery. The customer service was excellent. We got it delivered when we asked and the delivery/installation team were fantastic. Would highly recommend. We absolutely love the Tub and it’s excellent quality. Far superior to most tubs we’ve looked at or seen.

We bought our Tennessee hot tub from this company at the start of the lock down and i have to say we are so pleased with it. Combined shipping could not have been more helpful and the two lads that delivered it were nothing short of fantastic. we just left them alone in the garden (social distancing) and they set it all up fro us and took all the packaging away. would highly recommend this company when buying a hot tub

Becki has been fantastic right from ordering through to the after care, and the delivery guys were brilliant. We were 3rd last on their delivery route and after a long day and one of the hottest they were full of cheer and nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered a 4m Swim Spa. Combined Shipping did exactly what they said they were going to do. It arrived on time, I decided to collect (they will deliver), they were ready for me when I arrived and it was loaded quickly and easily. We have been enjoying it now for nearly a month, so far all is well and its good quality. They were easy to deal with, no issues, no drama, we are very happy.

I moved into a house last month with a hot tub that was purchased from Combined Shipping in 2019. I didn't have any of the manuals and haven't had a hot tub before and spoke to Combined Shipping to get the product details and some trouble shooting advice.

They couldn't have been more helpful, they talked me through the set up, sent the information that was missing, sent some other tips to keep the water fresh.

I have to advise any person wanting to buy a hot tub from Combined Shipping Company Ltd. please be aware !!

After looking on the internet at the masses of hot tub companies online we were recommended by friends to visit this company for our new tub. So as we were local to the company ( only 3 miles) we popped into there showroom and was greeted by a lady called Hanna . A polite lady who really spent time on getting to know our requirements as we were upgrading our present tub.

So after being shown tubs in the showroom we decided to go for a more expensive tub than we originally decided on. Also we decided on a heat pump as well so spending a lot of money. Myself and my wife were really happy supporting a local business. Included in the price was delivery and insulation as well as removing our old tub .

So we paid our 10% deposit and this is where we feel the company lets you down . As soon as they have your money there is no interest in you as a customer !!

Over the next five weeks I rang the office several times , you never speak to the same person twice and I never got to speak to Hanna again! Every time being told she is out or some other excuse. Even though I had her mobile number she never got back to me as I wanted to explain that we have spent lots of money on our garden including having it landscaped and that included composite Decking and granite stones , I also sent pictures to confirm it. I asked if the delivery guys would be able to protect the decking and stone as they would have to take the tub over them . The company finally agreed and said they would do what they could to help by bringing boards with them .. Great I thought.

24 hours before we had to pay the final balance which was the day before delivery, we had an email saying the heat pump had not been delivered to them and we won’t get it for another 2 to 3 weeks !!
So I rang the office to ask why it’s only just been mentioned also that I felt an email was not at all personal. It would of been nice to be spoken to on the phone , as I’m sure they would of know about this before but I was assured that they only found out that I would not be getting a heat pump until later in the month .
The manager did offer some free gifts and a discount on my hot tub handle that I was buying as an extra as a sorry but I had to have a good talk to him, as at first I felt it was a case of it’s not our fault so there is nothing they could do to help .
Then on the day of delivery this is where the attitude of the company shocked me and really upset me . The guys did by accident damage 3 boards of decking by pushing the hot tub on the decking and missing the running board it was supposed to go on . The decking has only just been installed and 3 boards were damaged by the guys who said sorry and said if I contact the office I’m sure they will sort you out as you had previously mentioned this decking to them !!. So I asked the office if there was anything they could do to help me. I was told no nothing it’s not there problem but yours 😢 meaning myself the customer.. So I asked for the insurance details and I was refused by the office, again them stating it’s nothing to do with them that there guy has damaged some of my property ( even them taking pictures and responsibility of the damage). Again sorry but basically tough my problem not the company’s . What an attitude to have towards customers from a manager/ Director of a company.

So I am now having a bill to replace the decking.

I understand it’s only my experience and I’m sure it’s not everyone’s experience with Combined Shipping . But I have now been asked to edit, or even delete this review or legal action will be taken against me and a Director has said they will physical remove my hot tub if I don’t delete or edit !! So I have edited this post to the company’s request !!

I bought the Amethyst hot tub online, very competitive in price and package and come complete with the steps and lid. Combined Shipping are great at communications: with delivery being arranged really quickly.on delivery day the team kept me updated with estimated time of arrival; when they reached us, the lads positioned the hot tub exactly where I needed it, unwrapping it to check there was no damage before confirming I was happy, checking there were no issues. Later I couldn't find the pin for the inbuilt bluetooth speakers, but contacting the company they quickly resolved the issue and now I can play my tunes while I relax in the bubbles. I'm thrilled with my hot tub, the communication throughout from Combined Shipping and the after service updates that they offer was exceptional. I would highly recommend purchasing your hotbtub from Combined Shipping!

When looking for a hot tub I was recommended Combined Shipping by a friend and I’m so pleased he did. From first contact their service was fantastic. I had a very tight delivery window and they went above and beyond to make it happen.

The delivery and installation service was great, efficient friendly and provided good maintenance advice.
