Never have I experienced such selfish behaviour as I have tonight with one of your drivers!

Imagine being at a small petrol station with a queue of traffic waiting to use the pumps and the driver decided that was the best opportunity to have a chat with someone in the middle of the forecourt while a queue of three cars waited for him to move from the pump.

And no I couldn't use one of the other pumps because another one of your drivers with using it and his van was so big and the forecourt is so small that he had blocked access to the other side of the pump (not his fault, he was just filling up and once he had paid he went on his way)

After waiting for 15 minutes I had to leave and find another petrol station and guess what YOUR DRIVER WAS STILL HAVING A CATCH UP!!!

Today, 21 Feb, we went on a Mystery Tour with driver, Dave. He was a lovely man, joking with us all, very informative of Leics countryside, helpful etc. Took us to a cheese factory shop and a lovely Windmill Cafe and shop. Lovely day out and enjoyed by all.
