Great service , quality product. Ordered seven 5ft feather edge panels given a date and time for delivery. Spot on in the middle of the time slot. All panels good with no issues. These are very well made and structurally strong panels not like the expensive but poor quality stuff you get at somewhere like B and Q.

I initially used this Company more than 20 years ago and found at that time that the quality and designs of their fencing to be very good.

We recently attended the site to look at their selection and subsequently placed the order and had the garden fencing fitted this week. We are very pleased with the installation.

I phoned up this company at 8:10am. I asked for 6x5 FE panels. They delivered the panels at around 2pm. I measured the panels after and the width was too long. Called up and spoke to the same guy who I believe is the owner, explained the panels are the correct height but the incorrect width and not what i asked for. He said they don't do special measurements as 1 staff member is off sick which is fine as i remember i asked for 6x5. He then said i didn't asked for that on the phone call in the morning (although he did day the signal was bad on the call). After a slight dispute, i asked for a refund and he cut me off mid sentence to say "do you expect me to drop everything for you" - from here i stated clearly that I'm disgusting how he just randomly came out with that and you don't speak to your customers like this when you're a business owner. The same delivery driver came back not long after and he apologised.
Cannot fault the driver, he was a nice gent but the owner had some attitude. Ended up going to another local business who offered a way better service.

Didn't know they had moved very good place They sell loads of hardware stuff you'd use around the house and garden. A lot cheaper than B&Q bought some fence tops & some small screws. I would recommend this place

Cannot believe the service when delivering my fence and lots of bags of cement.
As i wasn't going to be able to accept delivery myself, my dad offered to accept for me. When arrived delivery driver refused to take any of the order to my back garden where the fence is going to be used. This meant my 68 year old dad had to call my mom, also 68 to come and help him amd they both had to haul it themselves into the garden. I wasn't expecting delivery to include fitting the fence but thought it would be taken to intended place. There are no access issues so not sure what the problem was. Just hope the fences are okay.
Also found we have got to put tops on ourselves too.

Ben and his right hand man arrived on the dot and replaced three fence panels which had weathered badly and put a new gate on for us. Got on with the job, good quality wood and put plastic spikes on the panels at our request (extra cost), as our cats had kept sharpening their nails on them over the years! All done within about 90 mins. Thanks lads.
