Delivered earlier than originally said - positive for me! Easy to assemble on my own. Some of the connection parts were a bit flimsy (one bit broke off) but for £199 I can't complain. Its ideal size for my little sun corner, I love it! 😁

Hi, the delivery itself was good, the gentleman were very helpful. Unfortunately the items that I have received are badly damaged! The delivery men advised that this has been fully recorded and that I should hear promptly for the supplier regarding a replacement. Can you please advise if this information is correct?

Really great and quick service both for my delivery and collection.
They text me with a date and time and whether it would be suitable for me. The date was not, so I replied no. They were able to provide a date and time that was convenient for me. The driver would also call me half an hour prior to arriving, which I appreciated. Really good, quick service. The drivers were helpful as I had a large item, which they’ll placed inside my property, where I wanted. Would recommend their services.

Kept updated of the time the sofas would be delivered.
Came boxed which the 2 delivery drives unpacked and put the furniture in the living room.
They did leave the boxes, telling us we have 2 weeks to return the sofas if a problem.

Amazing customer service, the delivery drivers went above and beyond to give the best customer service. They not only delivered my large item into my house but also built it for me which was much appreciated!
