They save on warehouse staff who have to load/unload dispatched/delivered goods. Due to them, truck drivers unload the goods themselves! The drivers work for them for free, allowing these capitalists to appropriate a part of the profits, but in fact - to steal this money from the pockets of truck drivers. Drivers, professional colleagues! Refuse to work everywhere for free - let them load and unload themselves! Your task is to drive up to the ramp, or open the curtains of the trailer to make the goods available for unloading! THAT'S IT!!! THIS IS THE END OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES! You were trained to drive a truck and deliver the goods professionally, but not to be loaders for free! Not to mention the fact that no one instructs you on safety for this free job ...

. This place is good for a laugh come to stand around steal a few items and have a joke with friends and family and get paid for it £££££ … No care for health and safety unless there is a visitor or an inspection. Mr wood makes out that we are a team. There is no team here.! Idol staff, masses of stock being stolen I don’t know how we have stayed open as long as we have ! But hey ho RIP Walsall RDC .
