So I just Googled the address for this warehouse as I needed it it to arrange some parcels. I saw the review written by Galib Admin and to be honest it actually annoyed me quite a lot. I felt compelled to write this as it seemed very unfair and my experience has been the polar opposite.

I have been a customer of Diamond Logistics Walsall since 2019 and wouldn't look elsewhere for storage and fulfilment services. The level of service and support I get from these guys is unmatched and they have been nothing but polite and easy to work with. I'd encourage anyone considering Diamond to take reviews like that with a pinch of salt. Context is important.

I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the abysmal experience I had with Diamond Logistics. It is with great regret that I have to give them a 1-star rating and share my negative encounter to warn others about their unprofessionalism and lack of regard for customers.

During a recent visit to Heroes Centre LTD, a representative from Diamond Logistics displayed appalling behavior, using foul and offensive language in the presence of children. It is truly disheartening to witness such disrespect from a company that should prioritise professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, it became evident that the individual responsible for this unacceptable conduct was the son of an employee at Diamond Logistics, as confirmed by the photos available on their website. This blatant disregard for appropriate behavior raises serious concerns about the company's values and their commitment to providing a respectful and welcoming environment.

In addition to this incident, there was an alarming lack of cooperation from Diamond Logistics regarding our parking arrangements. This behaviour demonstrates a complete disregard for our needs and a lack of understanding of basic professionalism.

Considering the aforementioned issues, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Diamond Logistics. Their behavior and conduct have been far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and professional services.

I hope that this review sheds light on the deficiencies within Diamond Logistics and helps other individuals and businesses make an informed decision when choosing a logistics provider.
