Close to me but they do need notice, at least 90 minutes but good parking better than the larger locations, most trips included knowledgeable good staff like this location had who knows they're orders and quickly are ready to just hand you your order.
He was when willing to look up something in heat shrink I didn't prepare them for, just to help me decide the right route to take for my application.
Granger GETS IT DONE!
To add along with very helpful customer service when I called into check on this orders status.
My order was bearings of which only two were left local.

I was delivering food, unfortunately the navigation took me to the wrong gate and I ended up in a very ugly exchange with the old lady at the gate; she did call me out of my name and that’s when I lost it cause all along I did keep my cool. Phew! If that’s the sort of people you have representing your business…pass! Very unfortunate!

If you live delivery ( not drop trailer). Only from 10am to 3 pm. I am coming 8am no chance.Go around building to door 6,7,8 .

Not to bad of a place to drop trailers at. Kind of tight but I really hate to be there when it rains because where they have the empty trailers at is a mud pit.

The worst place to drop trailer. It was supposed to be 2-3 day drop. Lady in Grainger DC called me and said that trailer will be ready 6am Driver shows up and still not empty it is already 4th day. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Ordered parts from Austin, that were supposedly shipped 5 days ago. Parts have never arrived, no way to track the shipment, and no assistance from Customer Service ! Don't do online business with these people.
