We visited DHL Manchester Airport, a week after our initial visit, armed with the correct packaging.
Vikki yet again greeted us with a smile and the service we received was outstanding.
The wooden owl was packaged and made secure and just as promised arrived in America just a few days later in great condition.
We had peace of mind as Vikki suggested we could insure our Owl, which we did.
Thanks Vikki and all her colleagues who helped the owl fly to America!

Vikki and Ashley did a superb job today to make sure my Zimbabwe shipment was safe, compliant and ready to ship. They went out of the way to deliver service with a smile! The gentleman on the desk “James “ was really helpful I explained I’d had issues trying to get to the right service point to send a package to nigeria . Then on payment my bank wasn’t transferring anything due to issue with Santander but this person was polite put me at ease sympathetic snd professional and got the job done ….. thank you

Great service . Helped us out shipping extra luggage to the usa. New regs means you need ID for local person so hard work for us but they were very helpful and packed our items for us. Reasonable prices. Staff super nice. Thanks !!
