Beautiful location. Nice and clean offices with great internet. Richard is always there with a smile on his face. Very friendly and helpful with anything you need. His knowledge of the location is great. I would recommend this office space for any company looking for temporary space or long time rent.

My company rent an office here, which I have to myself, and I must say it is the best place I have worked. The office itself is fully air conditioned/heated with a good size window that opens and blinds for privacy. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for Rich and Sarah. Rich even fixed the blinds in my office and offers me cups of tea! Would highly recommend hiring some office space here.

We love coming into Enterprise, we've hired rooms most weeks over the latter part of 2020. Not only is the building well looked after and the rooms are great but the staff are wonderful too! They have been so helpful and attentive. It is wonderful to have somewhere that just works. And with the added bonus this year of it being very well managed as a covid safe workplace.

An excellent office space which I highly recommend for meetings. We recently hired 2 rooms to host our new joiners, and they were extremely accommodating of us (even at short notice). The pricing is very fair and we are sure that we will be returning the future.

We've booked meeting rooms several times at UBCUK Southampton for training and interviewing. The rooms are modern, light and airy, and fully equipped with everything you would need. An external lounge within the centre with drinks facilities and seating was perfect for candidates to wait in, and the central location made it very easy to everyone to get to.
The prices were incredibly reasonable compared to other inferior rooms in Southampton.
Sarah was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and so professional. We would definitely use UBCUK again.

We have recently moved into a very nice ground floor double aspect office and the move was very efficiently facilitated by the professional and friendly staff who are always on hand to help with any queries. The office, the I.T., reception, and the kitchen/break-out areas are top quality and immaculately maintained.
The location is stunning (next to a marina with an impressive choice of restaurants and pubs).
