2 star not 1 because in gate house work really nice and helpful people. My booking time was 6pm but I arrived 30min earlier, and they send me straight the bay. Waiting 1h just for red light and another 1.5 for tipping 12 pallets, really bad experience with this depo

First time here seemed very friedly, helpful and professional. Fast delivery, clear procedures. They umderstood the circumstances and agree to deliver even if I was late about 2 hours. For their effort to solve all haulers i gave them 5 stars. Keep up the great work... Definitely our ways will cross again in the future.

I arrived at 16:30. I gave the documents at the gate and the ladies there told me to wait in the street, the shift was changed and I didn't get any answer from them.
I went again when the shift change was made and I was lucky that the guys at the gate solved it and gave me a ramp to unload.

Dropped aload in here nice place I pulled up to the gate house and the staff were very polite and professional 👌 they told me exactly what I needed to do they do bay deliveries so they gave me a bay number then I backed onto it and waited to be unloaded it didn't take that long about an hour from start to finish once I was unloaded they then check your trailer before you leave site .

Delivered here by truck,security staff are great,friendly, no complaints here usually quick unload but sometimes can be long wait but staff try there best for quick turn around good place
