Arrive at 0750 pull up to gate and using call box get entry right away. Receiving comes put yo meet me and tells me to hit whichever dock is easiest. Start unloading right away. A very easy delivery. FYI: trucker's - there is no on site parking but you could creatively get away with parking in the area.
