Better have the paper BOL in hand, and if you’re late they’ll make you wait till you’re the last one to get unloaded. Also, don’t pop the seal until you’re fully checked in, or they’ll reject you. To top it off, no restroom for the drivers. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I want to give a big thanks to Jason the security guard! You help me out so much. Your great customer service and good deal of whom I can reach to get my issue resolved. You’re a rockstar! Also Claudia in charge of scheduling for receiving. You are beyond amazing. Your help doesn’t go unnoticed or appreciated. Thank you again, for helping me resolve our issue. I hope you company give you both a raise for going above and beyond to help a fellow truck driver. Stay humble and blessed.

A side note I would have give 5 stars but the two people I encountered inside to offload found it funny how I was going through a rough transition. Which I see nothing to laugh at, truck drivers don’t get paid by the hour. Unlike them please advise your employees to keep the comments and inappropriate jokes to themselves.

You have an appointment time but when you get to the warehouse it’s first come first serve. I Waited in their check in cage for an hour because i was told that if I went back to my truck to wait until they were ready for me that they would just serve the next person in line. Wish you could just sign in and leave your phone # so that when they’re ready they could just call you to check in.

Security guy was very polite
So was the receiver. All bill must be signed before they could take it from you. I gave em 4 stars because they were too strict with the appt
And I was able to park on the street

If I can give this place zero Stars I would how do you guys having a specific appointment number and on your appointment number it says the pallets when I give you guys the Bol it says three pallets and it has the appointment number why are you guys not accepting it because I don't have a full details of what's on the product and I know it's a high value load so they're not going to let the driver know what it is obviously but I've been here since 5:30 it is now 7:00 if you want to say oh I'm late because you now taking my paperwork are you serious

Check in with security and they will give you a door. Need your DL. Then you need to go to the office by door 32 and check in. Slide your tandems and i was unloaded within 30 minutes.
