The guards are very polite and respectful. They also let me know they don't start letting trucks in until 07:30 . The NO PET policy is that you can't let your pets out of your truck while inside of their property because of owners not picking up the poop that their dogs made. (Understandable). Early delivery is allowed. Overall, it was a very nice facility to deliver to.

It's a brand new place still doing some construction. You check at the guard shack and it's the 2nd entrance for delivery. The guard will give you a dock # and the some will come out and get the paperwork and you don't have to open your trailer doors they do everything for you. My trailer afterwards was kind of dirty but they do unloaded you super quick good place

Morning folks, truck drivers, North or South on Freeway 45, step off at Love's Travel Station, go past Love's Travel Station, go left at QT Travel Station, go a half mile, Chic- Fil, - A Supply center, on Right Hand Side. Entrance is at water Tank, big white one. I tooken pitcher. Come early.

Truck delivery was great.
I've been here 3 different times and it's always in and out. I think the longest I've been here was 1 hour 20 min. You don't have to get out of your truck at all. They open doors from the inside and come get your paperwork AND bring it back. They stop accepting loads at 4pm.

Showed up at 10:30am for a 1pm appointment, got a door immediately, drove off 50 minutes later with paperwork in hand.

Their bathroom was sparkly clean, plus they have portapottys.

Plenty of maneuver space, highly recommend delivering to this place.

Check in at gate, guard issues dock number & instructions to remain in the truck

. Backup to dock with doors closed, they will break the seal & open trailer doors from the inside of the building. Afterward, when finished, they will bring the paperwork out to you. Nice big driveway with 3 gates, easily park 6 trucks waiting to get in.

NO PETS!!

IF YOU HAVE A DOGGO PUT THEM IN THE SLEEPER BEFORE YOU GET HERE!!..

I had a truck in front of me, saw the sign for no pets allowed, mine will hang out on the bed if I tell him too.

New place, 2nd entrance, west side of warhouse...easy in and out , plenty of room to maneuver, back in the dock door, stay in your cab, someone will come out chock your wheels, get the bills, unload you, close the doors and your out.

This is great In-N-Out unload less than an hour but I'm not sure why they need armed security...
