The items arrived I was shocked to find the left side optic completely out of focus so much that they are unusable. It's like looking through fog. The other surprise is that the case ordered was tiny was not expecting it to be smaller than the product.

Have emailed and called with no response will keep trying before escalating.

I was shopping for a new scope of medium value (but high value for me). I did not know much about optics as previously I had only owned quite cheap scopes. I called for an opinion regarding two scopes and the person on the phone was increadibly helpful. I then submitted a price match request which frankly was taking the piss a little bit with the discount but optics warehouse honored it.
Really helpful and pleasant people to speak too and make buying super easy. 10/10 would reccomend.
