Good communication from start to finish. Pre ordered trampoline and got a phone call confirming my order and payment, another when it was in stock and then confirmation email of delivery date.
All boxes correct and present. Would certainly recommend

This is a review about the order taking process and I shall update when the product arrives.

UPDATE: 15 minutes after placing my review I was contacted by the manager of Trampoline Warehouse, who offered a free gift if I amended my review. I don't want a free gift, all I wanted is the free next day delivery as indicated on their homepage. It has to be said that my two telephone calls from this company has made my buying experience very unpleasant.

In the written response to this review the manager says (quote) "Our delivery information which has to be read before the order is placed does clearly state that any orders placed after 11 am will be dispatched the following day for delivery the next working day". What he does not say is that the delivery information and T&C's are hidden behind hyperlinks and it is not obvious they exist.
The website is fairly easy to navigate and I was attracted to the bold statement FREE next day delivery. I therefore decided to place an order for a 8 foot trampoline on a Thursday at around 13:15 under the assumption that it would arrive the following day, in time for me to assemble for a birthday event on the following Sunday. The order process was fairly simple and a confirmation duly arrived via email.
Approximately 15 minutes later I received a phone call from the company to say that my order had been received. A man called James went on to say that, because I had missed an 11:00 deadline the order would be dispatched the following day but not delivered until 3 days later on the Monday. This was not made clear on the homepage, and the bold delivery statement on the home page should really have included the words “Monday to Thursday only” or “next working day”. This is misleading.
James offered me a Saturday delivery but demanded a £15 surcharge for providing something that their website led me to believe was standard. I said I was very unhappy but James was unyielding and not willing to help. Very disappointing indeed and poor customer service.
When I did try to navigate to the delivery page I was directed to a random payment carrier website, which led me to close my browser and check Internet security.

On the plus side, this company seem friendly, professional and helpful whilst offering good deals. Unfortunately, despite being assured of a Saturday delivery and paying £25 for the privilege, our trampoline didn't arrive as promised. It arrived the next working day due to 'human error'. Our weekend was arranged around this new trampoline arriving - to be constructed before a trampoline birthday party on the Sunday - so we were all extremely disappointed. We were refunded the delivery charge but remain cross that our party didn't happen because some nitwit couldn't get their paperwork in order. I'm afraid we will buy our trampolines elsewhere in future...!

Bought a 10ft Trampoline for my daughters birthday. Didn't really have any idea what to buy for her age and the staff were super helpful. After running through the options they went through the order process with me and the next day i had my trampoline. They provided me with actual videos on the assembly making it a breeze to put together. My daughter was over the moon. Great company.

Absolutely awful quality trampoline. Arrived in a damaged box. Got it up OK but it started to tear (after 2 months) the surrounding piece over springs. They replaced the piece which started tearing again. I got in contact after another 6 months and expressed my concern and asked for a refund but they wouldn't hear of it. I now have it 1.5 years and its falling apart. Ladder broke, pole offside. Rusted, torn.
Do not buy one.
Son was badly injured getting off it without a ladder.

Very poor customer service. I asked if they had an enclosure left for a 10ft trampoline that I purchased from them, as due to the storms ours got torn. They responded saying yes they have. I then responded with can I have it please, even phoned them but no response. I then send numerous emails awaiting response but didn't receive any. Understandable that it was lockdown but they didn't respond afterward either. Now when I tried to get hold of them again I got a response that they don't have that box anymore. Clearly sold it to someone else now. Poor poor customer service. They then directed me to a site that clearly they own that also doesn't have the trampoline enclosure. I would not recommend them at all for aftersales services as this is one of the worst aftersales service I have ever experienced.

Have just tried to assemble trampoline as my daughters Christmas gift only to discover two essential parts missing!!!! To say we are disappointed is an understatement, Christmas has just been ruined for one little girl.Have emailed customer service in the hope parts can be sent out asap although I fear at this stage it is too late and we are without a gift for our daughter. One very disappointed customer here, cannot understand how boxes are not checked prior to despatch to ensure all parts included.

Great communications. Fast delivery. High quality trampoline (16ft). Good instructions. Fair price and for the quality, a lot cheaper than others on the market. Would recommend
