Had a parcel delivered today, the driver dropped and smashed the parcel, then when we asked them to report it and arrange for a replacement, being aggressive and abusive and drove off! Luckily we have the whole thing on CCTV so it will be reported to head office!

Illegally parking across junctions and driveways, blocking access to the highway (a road traffic offence for anyone other than emergency services in an emergency - no delivery drivers, you're not exempt) and abusing the public when asked to move, so they can deliver your parcel quickly.

More a Joke than a delivery company. Had to reschedule my sofa delivery cause driver rejected to deliver it cause he could "break his neck" carrying the package, then more than 10 days later they deliver the package with box open and damage. Avoid if possible

EXCELLENT... I can not fault the delivery service.... I was given a time slot and was called 10 minutes into that time slot from the delivery men CRAIG and CHRIS to say they were 5 mins away. They were both,pleasant, friendly and courteous , they stacked everything neatly in my lounge for me,counted the boxes(12) and off they went. About 10 mins later I realised 2 x chest of drawers were missing from the delivery. I phoned Ikea to report this and after 1 HOUR on the phone!!!! they said they would have to reorder the chest of drawers but couldn't deliver for another week!!!!!...I was fuming.... 3 hours after my original delivery there was a knock on my door and it was Craig and Chris, full of apologises, they had found the 2 chest of drawers attached to someone else's order...(Ikeas fault). They had travelled 35 mins back to my house to deliver the chest of drawers as they knew I had someone coming to assemble everything for me. I was so grateful for them coming back. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH ?. EXCELLENT customer service.

Delivered my item from IKEA to the wrong address.

After contacting them and explaining the situation all I could get out of them was, 'well we delivered it to the right address'. They were not helpful at all and I had to tell them that they would need to go collect the item and redeliver it to the correct address as it seemed that they were not willing to do anything about it.

Luckily, I found that they had delivered it to a neighbor down the street but I still had to carry I large kitchen worktop all the way back home. I honestly don't know what I would have done if it was anything bigger!

Even after calling them back to tell them I'd found it and I'd now got it back home they were still denying the fact that they had delivered it to the wrong address.

I genuinely believe that if I'd not found my item they would have denied all responsibility.

Very unprofessional...

Awful experience with Breezemount Couriers. I purchased a shed with b and q. When it hadn't arrived for 6 weeks after the due date, I followed up and for e weeks Breezemount kept saying it had been delivered when it hadn't. Eventually they admitted they had it in their storage. They then delivered it late with parts missing and damaged. When I confronted the driver about the clearly missing parts he became extremely hostile. I still haven't received the missing parts and once again Breezemount are claiming they delivered them when the didn't. Blatant liars and provide an awful service.

We order a wardrobe, to be delivered. We had the phone call the day before, which is great, the driver called on the morning, which is great. It then went downhill from there. When they arrived they said they couldn't get the lorry up the road, which we've had bigger lorries up the street before, the passenger of the lorry , Reece, asked if we could go down in the car to collect, which my wife responded, no thats why we've paid for delivery and explained it would only take them 10 minutes to walk up with it, after all these guys are delivery drivers. Reece, then said, no it won't will it, it will take longer than that and said we've driven off now anyway. I then rang the company and explained what had happened, which fair enough they had the wagon back with us within 15 minutes. Reece got out and started arguing with my wife straight away. My wife just said she wasn't arguing with him. We ended up having to carry the wardrobe up the street and still having to ask the delivery drivers to help. These guys are so unprofessional. Good luck anyone who uses them in the future.( IKEA please read these reviews and get something sorted please)
