Normally, a long tip, budget 3-4 hours. Don't bother with the office. They just look and ignore you. just find one of the warehouse staff they seem to be a bit more helpful

I'm a HGV driver that when there on collection pop to the office everyone there ignore me for at least 15 mts knowing I was there ? no communication what so ever and then have to wait a long time to get 1 pallet what the hell
The forklifts drivers are really friendly
One of the worse collection places I really dislike to go to

It is always a fantastic experience when I visit Uniserve's Mega Terminal in Tilbury. Excellent facility, superb people, unrivalled customer service and a real end2end provider. I never hesitate in letting people know how excellent Uniserve is thoigh I am biased!! After all, I work there!!!
