Decently priced & location suited my needs. Had 2 slight issues while here. One being overcharged on my first direct debit, but when raised the manager refunded it straight away so couldn't fault that. Last issue was my unit had a leak (Top floor) but thankfully nothing was damaged and they moved me to another unit which was slightly bigger so couldn't fault them on that again.

Would recommend anyone to use big blue if looking for storage needs and the reception staff have always been polite and helpful if I've ever spoken to them.

Only reason for leaving was it was just tempory while we moved.

Lovely receptionist, I had a DHL package to return, he processed it all in seconds no fuss and I was on my way. Fast and efficient service, thank you. The entrance is hidden but there is good signage.
