Must have been at least 5 times now something has been delivered to an address in skelton instead of saltburn. At what point does anyone read the address properly on the mail. Tracking said that the address was wrong on my package and there was a photo of the wrong house in skelton. There was nothing wrong with the address as it is clearly shown in the tracking photo...what is wrong is your ability to read ....tracking has now changed to say they tried to deliver but no one was in and that I have to rearrange delivery. Why? The package was delivered at the wrong address initially at 10:17am and it wasn't until 3 that the tracking changed to say I needed to arrange redelivery. I'm not the one at fault. You need to arrange the delivery to the correct address to begin with.

Zero reliability from the app or website, calling head office usually takes a minimum of 40 minutes to speak to a human, and never seem to answer the phone at any of the times they're supposed to be open at the local depot in Skelton.

This depot is the definition lf organised chaos.

Literally impossible to work out opening times, all over the place. Then I find out it's just 8am till 10am? In the christmas month where people are ordering/missing more packages than ever?

What a massive dip in common sense.

Perfectly fine sorting office but the opening hours are impossible to remember today - Friday - it’s open 8-10, 12-2, 4-6. It’s different other days of the week. The Google hours are incorrect, they haven’t put the hours on the red card they leave, their own website is wrong. It’s pretty mental!

I've only had to come here once. When I did visit, it was easy to find and there wasn't a queue like there is at other main depots.

Parking wasn't too far away and I left happy with my package.

The only small issue would be the opening hours being inconvenient for some people who work, etc. But it's not an issue to lose a star over.

Awful location. The only service car park (via a muddy bank) is closed. Double yellow lines or a walk in the rain (usually).
Opening times mental as someone has said. Take a photo of the timetable and pin it up.

Lady on the desk at 4pm told me that my parcel was still out in the van & had'nt yet been returned. However she said that she would telephone me when the van returned. This the lady did at 6pm & i returned to pick up the parcel.Could'nt wish for better service - welldone.?.
May i also add that a parcel that was to be delivered by R/ Mail on Monday next was actually delivered a week earlier. Many thanks.?

A very different experience for me. A very friendly but very noisy restaurant & pricey. I'm also surprised that for such a large place the toilet facilities are not good. It's more for the younger generation who obviously enjoy this kind of venue.
