We used Cotswold Luggage Transfers on our recent Cotswold Way walk (October 2024). Fantastic service! Reasonable cost.
Peter was friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to all our questions. After a day of walking, it was comforting to find our bags had been delivered safely, waiting for us.....at each of our 9 accommodations. Thanks so much Peter.....you helped to make our adventure enjoyable and less stressful! Highly recommend Cotswold Luggage Transfers!

Highly recommended for all Cotswold Way walkers. Our luggage was transferred quickly and accurately to all of our 11 stops, and Pete was kind and helpful whenever I needed to interact with him. Totally seamless process and I can't recommend this company enough.

Peter was courteous and provided excellent service transferring our luggage from Morton-in-Marsh to Cheltenham with no issues. It was a joy to arrive at our hotel after a long day of hiking to find our luggage had arrived safe and sound and already in our rooms. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently walked the Cotswold Way and used Cotswold Luggage Transfers to move our luggage. We were very pleased with the service as our bags were always there when we arrived. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Their service was part of my Hillwalk Cotswolds walk, so my luggage transfers was already paid for the 11 days that I was walking.

However as I had a computer bag that was part of my cabin size suitcase they wanted £5 per day to transfer it, which would add another £55 to the total amount I had already paid.

I refused to pay it and had to carry the contents on my daypack, which was not my plan when hiking.

When I called them a few days later to ask how much would be to transfer one extra bag to Bath, which is anyway on their daily schedule (with those things I didn’t need on the way), they asked for £25!!!!

I found them maybe reliable in delivering your luggage but horrible rude, greedy and absolutely not service oriented!

If possible find someone who is reliable and friendly to work with.

We booked our cotswold walk private. The luggage transport was easy to arrange and the delivery of the luggage was perfect. It's very well arranged, also with the owners of the accomodiations. On their website there is a list of accomodations they deliver. That makes it easy to plan the trip yourselve. Good service. We had a great week.
