Transferred parcel collection to the middle of nowhere and if you're relying on public transport there's a long walk through an industrial estate at the end, add to the 2 hour window from 8am. Not operating for the clients , Royal Fail

Special delivery missed and keep getting excuses not knowing what happened, further delays and I am on the other side of Bolton . 7 miles for nothing and incompetent staff. No one answer the phone, this sucks a lot. Spending my own money chasing people on RM to get an idea how long am I still waiting. This is not something I would call special delivery. There’s nothing special, quite the opposite.

For the last 4 days this depo has constantly lied saying attempted delivery. Each
Day never came over the last few months had constant delivery problems with this depo. Logged to complaints to be escalated regards the constant lies regards attempted delivery and asked for the manager at that depo to ring me or to be looked at at a higher level. If everyone who has problems in my area which there is writes a review maybe someone higher will act . This statement is true .

You keep lying about delivery attempts, no cards being left and there's no excuse for this. Just shut down if you don't want to work! The employee lying about delivery attempts needs to be fired.

The reduced opening hours are a shame- 8-10 most days means it’s difficult to get a parcel if you have to commute for work and the one late opening is only until 6.
Having said that, at least you can pick up Royal Mail parcels like this and Post Office workers are always courteous and friendly when I’ve been down here.

Who can you go to really if you want someone else to deliver your parcels? Nowhere and that's the only reason royal mail is still in business. A delivery service which does not deliver, do you really expect people to be in the house waiting for you to turn up. There is a thing that most normal people do...work! I get a ticket sometimes 4 a week, your item is on its way to your local post office, Horwich is 5 miles from my house its not local. What do they get paid for.

Pathetic excuse for a delivery company. Our postman tried posting out special delivery parcel on Friday Friday we weren't in. Fine. But when we went to pick it up from the depot it had not arrived back there so I reorganised delivery for Saturday(the day after).
Waited in for the parcel all day, a royal mail van parked up outside my house and proceeded to post everyone else's post barring mine. And then a neighbour posted a something for you card theough our door saying that we had missed delivery. He had tried to deliver it to the wrong address, this could've resulted in my losing my parcel if someone signed for it and I'd be out if pocket.

Please please please if you see royal mail on any delivery item please refrain from buying said item and try to get another company to post it.

I personally would sack the workforce and start again.

Useless. Ordered a package to 1 address, they wouldn't enter the building to post it even though they have a key, requested that the package be sent to another address in the same postcode region, had a confirmation email to say this would happen, then for the next 3 days they kept trying to redeliver it to the original address, then didn't even bother to attempt a delivery to the 2nd address that I asked them to divert it to. I then requested another redelivery, got a second confirmation email, and it still hasn't been delivered.
