Will not be using this post office again , as there has been a few issues .....

When I walked in and whilst being served the girl on the desk was on her phone talking so no privacy .

Then I wanted to pay some money in a big amount that had just been counted checked by the bank in wareham so no mistakes to be made, and the girl counted the money behind the screen so I couldn't see her count it and I saw her right had go to the side and when she told me the amout to pay in it was £20 short of what it should of been so I had to put more money to it . She would not look on the floor etc . I know the Amount that should of been there as it had been weighed by the Bank.
When I asked to speak to a manager she stated she was the manager .

I feel very saddened by the whole experience and it's been reported to my bank and the police.

Will not be using again as sadly no trust in this establishment now.

Previously the Post Office was great, but in recent months they have kept sending me away claiming they no longer offer various services. This has included dropping off Amazon and Evri parcels, foreign exchange transactions and completion of passport forms .
They send me instead to the small Post Office counter at the local Spar in Carey, who only offer limited services themselves, and quite often have to refer me back to another main post office branch depending on the complexity of my enquiry.
The only reliable member of staff left at Wareham Post Office is Selina, who always manages to provide me with the services that the other members of staff insist aren’t possible.

I use the post office regularly for foreign currency as I am lucky enough to travel abroad frequently. I always get a jovial greeting from the staff who are a great source of advice when sending packages and taxing my vehicle.
