First attempt was 7.25AM no knock or card left. I was up. Second attempt was at 7.10am no knock but did leave a card. I was UP. Looks like I am having to go collect the item myself as I have been told if it is attempted for the third time it will go back to seller. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not by from ETSY if the sellers use parcel force.

Drivers say they leave cards but very rarely do, either they couldn't be bothered to visit or they give false information to their bosses to make their figures look good.

So frustrated by the service I've received, no knock on the door, didn't try to leave with neighbour or in safe space. Instead brings the parcel to a Post Office which will be closed for the next four days. Doesn't fully fill out the form with no date included and simply a road the post office is on which two separate post offices are on so it could be either (though admittedly more likely one than the other). I'm away next week and since I need to provide my ID for some reason no one can pick the parcel up for me, so have had to schedule redelivery which won't be until next year (12 days after the first "attempted" delivery)! Utterly ridiculous.

The worse company to get ur parcel delivered ..not only they damaged my item ,on top giving no compensation and even a nightmare to get my delivery fees back ..totally avoid !! Worse customer service too

They tried to deliver the parcel Friday 9th but my daughter was at work. She went on line to have the parcel taken to the local post office on the 10th but no they tried to deliver on Monday 12th and left a card to say returned to depot so I have just had a 2 hour drive to collect the parcel to find out it’s been taken to our local post office. The driver even put the wrong post code grrrrr Keith was the stupid driver

I've had only 1 issue with the last 40ish parcels I've sent with Parcelforce, the 1 issue being resolved very quickly. If I choose collection from home, they collect on the day they say they will, if I drop them at the depot there's no issues. Delivery has reliably been within the 48 hours they claim so can't ask for me. The Scottish chap at the main desk I see often is helpful in terms of packaging and pleasant to chat too VS main desk employees of other courier companies I have used.

Will only be using Parcelforce for my large parcels from now on

Useless! Waiting for a parcel to arrive and today i get a letter through the post with a customs charge on it, £13.26 to pay, but the total is £25.26 because these crooks have taken £12 for their fee to pay the £13.26 on my behalf! Ridiculous! And not only that, the tracking shows that my parcel got to the local depot on the 7th, today is the 14th and i won't get my parcel now until the 15th, so as well as paying them £12 for doing nothing at all i also had to wait over a week extra to get my parcel!
