Very helpful staff. Let down by inadequate and oft-changing opening hours. If you are based near the office you can ofen find a red card waiting for you. So frustrating if it's something you need urgently, it will be locked up until the next day.

Just received some half dead flowers day late as apparently you could not locate me. I do not live on a road so I suspect you just relied on satnav and didn’t bother trying to find me without leaving your van. Result- two upset children on Mother’s Day who had paid for 24 hour tracked delivery
