Delivery from Ireland returning rentals under pressure because of disruption with boats , wouldn’t wait 1 hour to let me drop off small boxes or even a place to put after hours , didn’t even try to help just “no” “nooo” these places never give Lee way to transport or drivers , a joke

Great company, outstanding service from delivery to return. The Meggar MFT1720 that I hired from Inlec had everything in the box, including an instruction manual! I don't think even meggar have instruction manuals in the box. Delivery and off hire was a breeze, and the team at Inlec kept their cool when I changed the collection address twice. I will definitely use again... If they let me! 😂

I have had excellent dealings with Inlec, they provided top of the range test equipment for hire at a valued price. I had a problem that required a power analyser so I rang up and they recommended me the Fluke 435 Series II. I received the instrument the next day without a problem and it was the perfect analyser for my situation. I'd would definitely recommend Inlec for anyone needing test or measurement equipment.

I needed advice on the right equipment for a job. After digging one hole I realised I was unable to sensibly locate a severe leak without digging lots of holes. The equipment I was given (next day only 20 hours after my order) was exactly what I needed. True enough I would have dug loads of holes and got nowhere, as the leak turned out to be next door where her plumber had capped off a lead watermain from the house I was working at. When he installed a bathroom next door he split the joint watermain in to two mains. His leadlock had come off and my customers water was pouring out under the neighbours house. It was in another house 5 rooms away from the noisiest leak sound and most obvious place for the leak to be. It seems expensive at first but in reality it saved me digging and reconcreting 4 holes which would have been in the wrong place. A huge overall, time, labour and aggregates saving, I have now fixed the problem and only have one hole to concrete. The online ordering process was easy but for return I thought what daft process is this going to be? Answer - no daft process. The label in the front of the document pack had a number on it. One call and 2 minutes later all arranged for collection today. The whole process couldn't be easier. They even sent a bag of Haribo too, so they would have got an extra half star for that if I hadn't given 5 stars already. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else if I need this type of equipment again. There are so many idiotic companies these days that you spend hours wasted on the phone trying to sort things out with that this made a pleasant stress free change. Recommended.
