Really rude. To be running a post office u would expect them to be friendly helpful and chatty. Instead they dont greet u. Point to scales instead of asking u to pop package on. Money is just placed on counter and they walk off. I only use in emergency now as id rather go somewhere more welcoming. Not sure how they have lasted so long !!!

I never write reviews normally but I want to warn people about sending parcels from this post office. I wasn’t advised about the price even though i did ask and then I was forced to pay for a service that was much more than I was expecting because they’d made a mistake, not me! I have been selling on eBay and sending parcels for many years and I always measure and weigh and keep an eye on price changes so I do work set how many other, less observant, customers have been ripped off?

Both the man and the woman who work here are incredibly rude. I try to be friendly, but I am always met with them scowling at me as if I am burdoning them by giving them business. I even saw the guy roll his eyes at a customer today. He once almost shouted at me for asking if he had any forms to apply for a new passport.
