Fantastic and reasonally price quick excellent service. Got a quote same day and Jack and Mehul dealt with my collection from Roseburys auction house promptly and i received the lot within 7 days of the auction.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a work of art to be packed and sent to France. I paid 250 pounds for this service. The person supposedly in charge, ignored my request for the picture to be handled by two people, given its weight. He carried it out of the pick-up point alone, unprotected and bashed into various pieces of furniture whilst doing so. He also refused to leave the person he collected from a receipt. When the picture arrived, the frame was broken and the painting had been severely damaged. I took it to an art restorer and to a framer : total cost of repairs = 630 Euros. I contacted Mail Boxes Etc Croydon who advised me to send photos of the damage, plus the packaging and the repair quotes. I then waited weeks. They kept asking for new details which I sent. They never refunded me for this and I finally discovered that they had sent the picture without insuring it and had tricked me into paying for delivery without insurance, even though the painting was very valuable. They led me to believe for weeks on end that they would cover the damage that they were responsible for but finally didn't. I contacted the Head Office who acknowledged that the office in Croydon were in the wrong, but did nothing to settle my claim. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. If something goes wrong, they will not deal with it. Do not use them. I would have given them zero stars if it had been possible. Shoddy service, unreliable and totally dishonest. I really regret having used them, not just because they damaged my picture, but because they fled their responsibilities. There are many other companies who will offer a good service. Do not test this. If you have something that you care about, if they damage it, they will not do anything for you to correct it.

It was the most excellent service I have ever encountered in terms of packaging and mailing the items I bought from an auction.
I would like to say that MBE Croydon did a great job packing and numbering each item individually.

Superb service. They collected a large painting from a London auction house for me (value £1000). Never received a painting better packed. There was no chance it would get damaged in transit. Very fast service and kept me updated. Thanks!

I'm sure they do the job well but they tried to sell me with a straight face x5 small boxes for £35. They told me the price was high because they're 'double walled'. Couldn't even tell me how many litres the boxes are just one of the measurements (40 litres btw). For reference, I just ordered x10 double walled 40 litre boxes for £17 on amazon. I know amazon is cheaper but these guys tried to charge me 4x the normal price lol.
