I placed an order weeks ago, and my package has been stuck in transit ever since with absolutely no updates or movement. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unreachable, offering no help, no answers, and no accountability. This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication and transparency is shocking, and the mail centre seems to be in complete disarray. Royal Mail seriously needs to reevaluate how they treat their customers. Terrible service, and I’ll be avoiding them in the future. This isn’t good enough.

An absolute crap service, in fact NO service. They do NOT answer on any of the numbers provided. You wait and wait and then they say goodbye and terminate the call. How do they get away with it. It’s no wonder so many delivery agents are setting up. Cannot use any suppliers that use Royal ( that’s a laugh ) mail for their deliveries.

I have never been more impressed in how any service could be this helpful! I arrived before opening hours and briefed a member of staff with my problem, after I provided them with all the relevant details and my proof of purchase they were able to stop the delivery of my parcels and get them returned to me, without the help I and my business would have lost £thousands.
I would like to thank the Operations manager Nathan.N and the Croydon RM team for everything keep on doing such a great job

Package has been held up in this mail centre for 4 days despite the fact that I was suppose to recieve my package days ago. Other reviews also voice similar concerns of delays which really show how lazy and unorganised these guys are. Such a poor, inefficient and slow service.

Everyone in my household has been home all day and awake since 8am. they said my parcel was “attempted” to be delivered at 10:45. The doorbell wasn’t rung, the door wasn’t nocked. When checking the ring doorbell footage we saw the delivery man not even attempt to do those things just place the slip of paper in our letterbox and move on with his day. That is not an attempted delivery, especially when someone pays and extra 5 pounds for next day delivery and now your telling me it will be delivered on Monday. I payed 5 pounds for nothing when i could have payed 0 and gotten it on Monday like i am now. Fix up

2 staff at this customer service desk. I dealt with the rude woman at the desk who proceeded to wave her crusty finger in my face. I was shocked at the audacity along with the inadequate and disgustingly poor customer service received. Her finger was actually 5 cm from my face, I took that as threatening behaviour. She obviously has zero respect.

CAN YOU ALL DELIVER THE LETTERS. YOU PEOPLE ARE DELIVERING ONLY PACKETS. I DIDNT GET MANY IMPORTANT LETTERS FROM NHS... BANK....COUNCIL... I AM GOING TO SUE ALL THE POSTMAN AND THE MANAGERS FOR THE DAMAGE YOU ALL DONE BECAUSE YOU NOT DELIVERING LETTERS. FIRST CLASS LETTERS SUPPOSE TO DELIVER IN ONE OR TWO DAYS OF POSTING I GUESS. I GOT MY FIRST CLASS LETTER AFTER 8 DAYS. THE MANAGER THERE IS RESPONSIBLE... BE READY FOR THE LEGAL ACTION. I LOST NEARLY £15324 BECAUSE OF YOUR AWFUL DELAY. MY SOLICITOR WILL CONTACT YOU

Awful location and no free parking.
There used to be a customer car park, but it has been discontinued. This means that you have to park on the very busy factory lane. Factory lane leads from a dual carriageway so the cars are often driving at high speeds. Crossing the road to the depot is not a pleasant experience. The saving grace of this place is the expediency of the collection service. The staff are efficient and get on with their job. It's best to ensure you're at home when the parcel is delivered!
