Best parcel service and Money exchange place. Always Pounds rates are higher when compared to other places. Air freight with door delivery anywhere in SL cost only £5 per Kg. Highly recommended.

I called and inform them one day earlier in advance about my arrival. But I wasted all my day driving from Harrow to Croydon. They didn't have boxes to send my items. I had to bring back all my parcels home and sent them on FedEx. They collected from my home Thursday for free and delivered on the 5th day to Srilanka. I paid the same money to FedEx. I had a terrible experience with the teeparam traders and never recommend it to anyone. Please find alternative services on Google they are more responsible and safe with cheap insurance as well.
I hope to share all my bad experiences with teeparam on that day sometime later when I have time. I hope they will understand me and give a good service to their customers in the future. Thank you

I have sent parcels with Teeparam twice pre pandemic (2020 february) (both were difficult times) and now as well.
I never had issues even there was a bit of mixup in sri lanka and I was not worried to the slightest as I know it will get delivered and it did. I never panicked like someone put chilli powder in my eyes. Please give our companies a chance and make them grow. One has to be very patience with them at these difficult times. Especially in Sri Lanka when the riots were happening even they managed to get it delivered. Also none of the items were damaged and they were extactly laid out as it was. I know some negative experience here can be due to us understanding the current times and our lack of patience.

Absolutely shocking! No one ever has an answer. I sent a parcel 7 months ago with this company. Take it from me, DO NOT SEND WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are thieves and honestly I believe they kept the parcel content themselves.

Dont send parcell through theeparam. people they take long to delivery and last requesting to come and collect,when you went the boxes are open took all most everything fill with paper wrappers and talk too roud.took clothes chocolates everythng.
So lost.very disappointed service.
