I’m sorry to have to write this but need to share it. The service was dreadful from start to finish. Firstly, the person we were speaking to on the phone should not be public facing as his manner was extremely unhelpful from the start. Having delivered to our house before, they claimed that they didn’t know that we were on a narrow street. So they sent a truck too large to get down. I even saw the truck driving off before I could wave it down. The person on the phone was incredibly unhelpful (when we finally tracked the company down), just repeating that the driver could not stop on a double yellow line, even to drop a delivery on the adjoining residential street (there are Amazon and supermarket deliver drivers doing this literally all day long). The following day the delivery was rebooked and we explicitly asked (both the supplier and the delivery company) that the delivery driver call us as he was arriving as we had kept our car outside the house to drive away for a space free for the delivery. I was waiting by the front door and watched the truck drive past the house without stopping. I ran after it and unfortunately missed him as he drove away. I next have a missed call from him saying he couldn’t make the delivery as there was no space to drop it off. I called right back and he didn’t pick up. I asked the delivery company to call him (first spoke to a very helpful woman at last). Then when we heard no news called again and unfortunately spoke to the same man (Jamie is his name) who said that they had been instructed by the supplier to send it back to them. This was a blatant lie. I immediately spoke to the supplier who said this was nonsense. I even got in the car to drive to see if I could catch up with the van. Jamie also accused me of shouting at him as I was on hands free in the car. When I had no choice but to collect the flooring in my car from their depot (2x 1.5 hour round trips carrying 200kgs of flooring), there was just the forks driver (who was very helpful) who moved the pallet to a suitable place. Nobody asked my name, any proof of id, no paperwork was signed. I loaded the car (twice) and drove off. I could literally have been anyone. I even went into the office lobby to see if anyone was there when I arrived and there was nobody.

We run a business nearby the Southlink, very handy for us as we just leave the pallet out the front, quick call and they quickly pick it up. Pallet gets delivered when they say.
Staff are always friendly and more than helpful. We have never had a single issue with their service. We continue to use them.

FIRST CLASS ! - Bobby the driver went out of his way to reduce the impact of a large delivery by taking the pallets to a different address locally, so not to disrupt a funeral at the golf club. Thank you very much - Rich Head Pro
