I would leave a 0 stars if I could.

I have had three deliveries of the same size delivered to this DHL ServicePoint and the
Fourth, they have rejected saying it is too large for them to accept.

If they don't have the space, they shouldn't be a ServicePoint.

I use other companies service centres, and only had one other parcel rejected for that same reason, and that was at the start of Covid, so a genuine time for leniency.

Frustrating. DHL missed their own delivery time when I was at home. They wouldn't redeliver. I used the truly illegible note their delivery person left to try find the pickup place. None of the two shops I asked at knew there was a DHL pickup there, and no signs on the place's window, so I gave up. The DHL call centre was absolutely less than zero help, so I had to go back to the vendor to get them to help.
