Must be the only delivery company in the world that doesn’t notify you when they’re planning to arrive and still uses cards and points people to a website that doesn’t give you the option to choose a delivery date. Hopeless

Absolutely appalling...only given 1 star to be able to leave review... Just watched guy pull up outside, 8.30am, didn't even attempt to leave my parcel...FFS 😡😡 will now have to pay someone to collect, second time they've done this to me😡😡😡😡😡

APC Overnight is a poor quality business. Our order was partialy delivered. I've approached Customer Service with question how this can be resolved. No answer / call received. I was unable to speak with cheltenham depot. Today second box was delivered in such a bad conditioned. Box was opened and a product damaged. Totally awful service. AVOID if you can.

I have consistently had issues with this courier where they claim delivery attempts that have not actually took place. This has happened in different locations over years, so clearly not a one-off issue.

As other reviewers have mentioned booking collection from the depot is poor via APC Called as the website does not update often plus collection hours are restrictive.

I wish suppliers would not use them but I guess they are cheap. Avoid if you are have an alternative courier option.

As a customer, restrictive opening hours for collection are very inconvenient if delivery is missed. Also, deliveries missed on Fridays cannot be rescheduled for the Monday. Probably a very cheap delivery option for the supplier to use at the expense of your customer's satisfaction with buying from your business.. Not recommended if you want your customers to be happy with buying from your business.

Ordered some tyres. I missed the delivery, so called the number on the calling card and arranged to collect it. I arrived and collected the tyres without any problems. Helpful lady, tyres all good. Smooth and helpful service. Thank you.
