This is the second time this has happened. Checked online before I set off. Fabulous it's open......
NO ITS BLOODY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
I do t want to have to drive all the way to you to find out your opening time stuck on a wall. Open 8am until 10am.
What even is the point of you opening at all.

Extremely unhelpful woman refused to give me my parcel without the red slip. I had the email from Royal Mail and online it says this is acceptable in place of the red slip. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the opening times weren’t so unhelpful also.

Absolutely disgusting, how are people who work suppose to pick there parcels up when it's open 2hrs a day.

Royal Mail customer service is an absolute Joke.
I checked my tracking number - delivery due today between 9.47 and 12.47 - Cool i'll make sure im in.

Go to walk the dog at 8.30. Get back at 9.15. What do I find? Royal mail slip, attempted delivery at 09.06. Item back to delivery office. Cant collect same day, tomorrow is Sunday, I'm back at work Monday Impossible to contact the delivery office through royal mails pathetic national phone number. After a 30 min wait to get in touch with general customer service over the phone, basically being told its tough. They didnt even attempt to rectify issue or sort it being delivered again today or me to be able to collect same day. It really is pathetic how customer service has gone these days.

The only job of the collection office is to give people their parcels and post that they missed. You'd think you were asking for the moon on a stick! Staff often appear sullen and clearly don't want to be there. There's always a massive queue no matter what time I go and they're also not open on a Wednesday at all - why? There are so many scruffy bits of paper stuck on the door outside explaining every stipulation, code of conduct and Covid-related rule that I'm thoroughly bamboozled before I even enter. Never a pleasant experience, it makes me want to stay at home at all times so I never again miss the post!

Honestly why does the government continue to subsidise what is the most disorganised and redundant organisation in the world. Out of 2 deliveries I've been to the office 5 times and each time they are utterly incapable of doing anything that remotely resembles customer service.

Why are you not updating your hours online rather than leaving a printed off A4 sheet of paper on your door. This doesn’t let anybody know that you’re shut until they’re at the door

Just checked opening times due to covid and expecting to find them different to usual. Says online that you are open until 1pm today Tuesday 16th of March. Great I thought.
Arrive at 11.23 to find you all locked up. THANKS FOR THAT! NOT!!!!!
