Had a very aggressive driver trying to bully me on the road, I’d pulled round the bus as he was pulled over. He then doesn’t bother to check his mirrors, whacks his indicator on and nearly slams into the side of me. Then proceeds to hang out the window trying to intimidate me giving a rude hand gesture, the bully should not be behind the wheel of a public service vehicle. Email sent to company, not heard anything back after 4 days.

I got the 113 bus today from Preston bus station, never been so disappointed the bus driver was rude and disrespectful. A woman got onto the bus and asked him about another bus I understand if he didn't know, there was no need to rude and shrug at her, after she asked/said something else. He processed to give her a sarcastic and awfully mannered response of 'I don't know where you're going. I only know where I'm going there was better way of handling the situation. She got off the bus he didn't drive off he waited told her to take a picture of the bus number and him. He then processed to stick two thumbs up said to the whole bus everyone smile for the camera which people at the back of the bus started laughing at the poor woman. I'm so disappointed I didnt get off of the bus I seriously wish I had done but i was stopped my partner. I've never been more disappointed in myself and humanity He drove unnecessarily fast. stopped last second. If your aren't a people person don't work on PUBLIC transport.

Late 113 bus service from Preston, driver shouted and was aggressive when I had to step off the kerb on Church Street for him to stop. Threatened to throw me off the bus when I tried to ask why he didn't indicate, as he had no intention of stopping, even though I had my hand out, falsely accused me of being drunk!? and said if I complained about him he'd refuse to let me on in future.
Put in a complaint about this obnoxious driver.

Absolutely bad drivers ! Drive far to fast in 20mph zones and I was nearly rear ended by a Route 63 bus on Wellfield Drive as he couldn’t be bothered to slow down or stop as I was trying to reverse! I was already reversing as he came flying around the corner.
Pathetic then he sat on his horn then as he went passed stopped and shouted abuse at me through his window! I work for the Council so a Complaint will be registered.

My 11 year old daughter got thrown off the bus by the driver because she was 10p short. He kept the money. I rang and spoke to customer services who dealt with it thoroughly and she was offered a free return trip next time.

bus was meant to arrive at bus station at 3:45 and depart shortly after. over 25 minutes went by and no bus driver returned to the vehicle. ended up waiting so long that another bus arrived at another stand only for us to wait even longer as drivers had to switch over. a journey which was meant to only be around 10 minutes turned out to be almost an hour due to waiting in the station

Shocking!!!! The driver left his bus parked outside the back of my house all day for two days directly overlooking my bedrooms. I opened my curtains to see the driver on the top deck directly in my eyeline. He was also parked partially on the pavement which is an offence. When I complained to the company they said they had checked the road and he could park there as there were no road restrictions!! How about privacy and looking straight into someone's bedroom Appalling...couldn't care less about people.

Very poor.

Changed the route one morning because it was late, meaning I had to send my kids via taxi to school. I rang them to find out what had happened and they said if I emailed them the receipt, they would transfer the money it cost for the taxi. I am still waiting after more than 6 months despite numerous messages on both email and the WhatsApp
